- What a great few days at the AKC National Dog Show in Orlando. This is absolutely one of my favorite shows of the year and the best part is seeing friends from all over the country and lots of outstanding dogs. Loved seeing all the people that attend my conformation classes there and doing so well. Ellie did well in the three shows she was entered in.
On Thursday under Judge Esther Joseph from Australia she was Best Opp and Best OH.
Friday in the National Owner Handled Competition (top 10 OH dogs in each breed can enter) she won the breed under Judge Meghen Riese Bassel.
Saturday Select Bitch under Judge Joan Savage and it was nice to see Jeannette Desruisseaux and Ellie in the ring together again.
All the judges were so pleasant to show to and I don’t think you can find nicer exhibitors than ES folks! Congrats to everyone whether you were in the ribbons or not because you did go home with the best dog!
